Do I need a card to start?
No. Signing up is free and needs no card. You can add a sample business while you set up to look around, then remove it with one button when you're ready.
How do my clients pay me?
Set up Stripe once: SinQ creates a Stripe account in your business's name. Each invoice then gets a secure card payment link, and payments are paid out to that account. SinQ never sees or stores card numbers. Cash, check and bank transfers can be recorded by hand.
Can clients accept a quote online?
Yes. They open the link in your email, see the quote and click Accept or Decline, with no account needed. One click then turns an accepted quote into an invoice, deposit included.
Does it chase late payments for me?
Yes. Unpaid invoices are marked overdue automatically, and clients get up to three reminder emails, each with a link to pay once Stripe is set up. You can also send one yourself, up to once a day.
Can I bring my existing clients over?
Yes. Import a spreadsheet (CSV). You see a preview with any errors and duplicates before anything is saved, and you can undo the last import.
Can my team use it?
Yes. Invite people by email. Owners and admins handle money and settings. Members work with clients, the schedule, quotes and invoices.
Is there a phone app?
SinQ runs in your phone's browser and installs to your home screen like an app, with a layout made for small screens. There isn't an App Store app.
Can I get my data out?
Yes. The account owner can download all your data at any time, and client lists and reports export to spreadsheets.
